Peter Urban will be speaking at the e-Builder Elevate annual conference. He will be presenting on two panels: “Dashboards of Discovery” (September 25) and “A Trifecta: Implementation Best Practices, Lessons Learned” (September 26). Peter’s dashboard presentation will focus on choosing dashboard content to tell the right story and to tell it right. The goal is to get the audience thinking about how to identify good content and ensure clarity and precision. The lessons learned presentation will highlight lessons from dozens of implementations of e-Builder and other PMIS software. It will build from general to specific, including planning an implementation, executing per the plan, and a deeper dive into the steps and details of implementation: from requirements to design, to testing and documentation. The lessons can apply to both a new/full implementation, as well as to subsequent “small” implementations of individual processes/functionality.

Peter has previously presented at Elevate on topics including advanced process automation, streamlining business processes, and achieving success post-implementation.
